This legislation, primarily the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and Health and Safety at Work Act, has significantly changed the responsibilities of “Responsible Persons” – are you prepared to meet your new responsibilities?

Current Legislation requires that anyone permitted entry into a building can be safely evacuated in the event of an emergency without the assistance of the Emergency Services.
